We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your QR Code to request a refund.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, your eSIM data plan must be unused.

Refund Processing
If your return is accepted, we'll process the refund via the original payment method. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to appear on your account depending on the payment method.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
Important: Once an eSIM has been installed and any portion of the data allotment has been consumed, the eSIM is non-refundable.
Additional Information
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your QR code
- The eSIM must remain completely unused to qualify for a refund
- Processing fees may apply depending on the payment method used
- Refunds are processed in the original currency of purchase
